spreadsheet. For each sale it includes:
- The step in the sales process
- Your rating of closing potential
- The objective analysis of closing potential
- Amount of the sale
You can sort by any column or
view it in Excel to incorporate it into your custom process.

Manage Your Sales Team Each
sales rep can automatically send their forecasted sales to the
manager. As a manager, all forecasted sales from all your
sales reps are automatically rolled up into one spreadsheet.
- They can be totaled together, or
- Viewed independently
You can double-click on any
account to view the detailed analysis information. This will
give you an objective evaluation of the potential for closing.
The red flags will warn you of potential delays and provide
advice to help your sales reps close the sale.
The
analysis rating on each sale will help you to more accurately
